This document describes what data the O·LESA service ("we", "the service") collects about visitors and users of o-lesa.com, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:
- Wallet address. When you sign in with a Web3 wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) we store your public wallet address. Private keys never leave your device.
- Chat and agent content. Messages, attached images, agent configurations and outputs are kept in our database so you can return to them later.
- Payment history. Invoice id, network, amount, status and timestamp. We do not see card numbers — payments are USDT-only.
- Technical data. IP address, browser, OS, pages visited and UI events — collected via Google Analytics.
2. Where data is stored
All data except analytics is stored on our servers in Germany (FastVPS). Analytics is collected by Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA). The payment gateway NOWPayments sees only the invoice amount and the sender address — that is required to credit your balance.
3. Cookies and localStorage
cx_token— auth JWT in localStorage and a cookie of the same name. Without it you cannot stay signed in._ga,_ga_*— Google Analytics. You can block them with a tracker-blocker extension; the rest of the site keeps working.
4. How long we keep data
- Chat and agent history — until you delete it.
- Payment history — 5 years (bookkeeping requirements).
- Analytics in Google — 14 months (GA4 default).
5. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share it with third-party advertisers.
- We don't hand it to law enforcement without a formal request.
- We don't collect your name, phone or postal address — wallet sign-in doesn't need them.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Request an export of all data tied to your wallet.
- Request deletion of your account and all history.
- Opt out of analytics by installing a tracker blocker.
To exercise these rights, email savinovdevelop@gmail.com from the wallet address registered in the service (via a signed message, so we can verify it's you).
